I don't stay overnight every time, but for women who do stay over, do you take off your makeup before going to bed?
Don't you feel uncomfortable letting him see you without makeup?
I'd also like to hear women's opinions and experiences from men who have stayed overnight with a woman.

I actually don’t mind seeing someone without makeup, but when we stay overnight, I prefer separate rooms because I value that kind of comfort and ease.
Please feel free to sleep sprawled out, bare-faced, and snore away. About an hour of cuddling is more than enough for me.
That’s the kind of arrangement I have in mind.

I’m Joe, a column writer.
As I’ve written about in a previous column, I’m embarrassed to admit that until recently, I had no idea the bare-face issue was such a serious concern for women. Another column writer, Mac, apparently goes to sleep before the woman does—or sometimes pretends to—and won’t wake up until she’s put her makeup back on. I’m not quite that considerate, but lately I’ve started trying to be more mindful.
Personally, though, I don’t mind seeing a woman without makeup. More often than not, she turns into a completely different person, but sometimes that actually makes me feel even more excited (embarrassed). Sorry for my questionable taste.
