Why not go ahead and attend the interview, since you have nothing to lose?
Personally, I wouldn’t make an offer to someone with that height and weight, since I’m not into plus-size women. However, some of the women registered with the service are quite full-figured, so I can only say that your chances of being accepted aren’t zero.

I can’t help wondering whether there’s some intention behind wording things like:
“I weigh as much as 75 kg,”
or
“I’m only an E cup.”
But if she herself believes she “can’t even register,” then I think that outcome is more likely.
Personally, I prefer questions like, “This is my current situation—what can I do to register?”
My answer would be that it’s probably better to lose some weight first. But if she genuinely wants to register, I think she can do it.
On the other hand, if she doesn’t want it badly enough to go that far, then I don’t think she needs to force herself to register.
There are many different paths. Which one to choose is up to you.
