1. Does your papa (a male supporter) hold your butt tightly? If so, his preferred style is to thrust upward from below, so the trick is for the woman not to move. Instead, keep your bodies pressed closely together.
2. When your timing is off and you just can’t get in sync, pause for a breath and reset the rhythm.
3. As a last resort, try not to be too obvious with your moans when you’re on top.

Personally, I prefer thrusting upward from underneath to having someone grind and rock their hips, so I’m more into being the one doing the thrusting rather than having the woman move, lol.
