Even if the date proposed by the man doesn’t work, I think a date may still be possible if the woman suggests another date herself—something like, “I’ll know my work schedule on the ○th, so please wait a little.”
I’ve dated a nurse before, and it didn’t feel like our schedules were that difficult to coordinate, though…
That said, when I once made an offer to a woman, the date I proposed didn’t work for her. She suggested another date, and we made plans for that day. Then, the day before, she asked to reschedule—and later asked to reschedule that new date as well. At that point, I declined the offer and approached another woman.

I haven’t had any so far. We’re still in regular contact, and I explained in advance that it was due to the nature of my work. After joining, you can also use the calendar feature to let them know when you’re available to meet based on your schedule.

The staff won’t encourage you to leave, but if you have absolutely no days available for dates, it may come up.
However, if the dates proposed by someone don’t work for you, the staff will probably ask when you are available. If you do have times when you can go on dates, they’ll simply assume you and that man weren’t a good match.
They won’t encourage you to leave.

I don’t think they would encourage you to cancel your membership over something like that.
