If I keep telling my papa (a male supporter) that I want to see him every day, I’ll be putting too much pressure on him, right? It’s a monthly arrangement.

If a woman said that in a monthly arrangement, it would feel almost like being told she genuinely liked him, so any man would be happy to hear it. Whether you can actually meet is another matter, but by all means, tell him. I’m jealous of that man. It’s inspired me to try harder too. Thank you for such a lovely question.

I’d be happy about it. If she were my number-one girl, I might even marry her. Sadly, no one has ever said that to me either. *Sob*

Realistically, meeting every day would be difficult for me, so I’d just brush it off with something like, “Yeah, I know what you mean.” If she can read between the lines and make the right call, she gets 100 points(笑) Also, as for whether I’ve ever set it as an every-other-week arrangement… Realistically, no one has ever said that to me before.

It would be nice to have a papa (a male supporter) you could see every day, but if that’s not the case, actually suggesting that you meet every day could feel burdensome, whether it’s a pay-per-meeting or monthly arrangement. There’s probably no problem with saying you want to see him every day… That said, I think it depends on whether you’re in the kind of relationship where you both openly say things like that, or one where you don’t need to say them out loud.

If you can send him an adorable “I miss you” sticker on LINE at just the right time, you could really get your papa hooked. It probably won’t feel like a burden to him, even if you send it every day. But if you do that with a man who doesn’t understand papa-katsu, he might say, “Then why don’t we live together?” There’s a risk it could stop being papa-katsu, so choose your partner carefully and proceed with caution. It’s me.

Even with a monthly arrangement, meeting twice a week—let alone every day—is simply too much. I’d soon run out of things to talk about, and I also want to see other girls. Besides, I have work and hobbies to fit in. Absolutely not—I’d turn it down.

Saying things like, “If you don’t see me every day, I’ll tell your wife!” or “If we can’t meet every day, maybe I should just die here?” could feel like a burden. But if it’s more like, “I’d love to see you every day!” “Yeah, me too!” then it should be fine. Whether you actually meet every day is a separate matter, though. But if you want a monthly arrangement where you see your papa (a male supporter) every day, that probably means you like him, right? I think he’d be happy to hear that. Just make sure you judge the right balance and adjust accordingly. It’s important not to come across as too intense. Marika

I think it depends on the overall vibe. I talk on the phone every day with one of the people I’m seeing, and they usually say they want to see me, but it doesn’t feel burdensome. That said, I can imagine feeling scared depending on the situation. I think nuance and the balance between someone’s usual words and actions are important.

It may not be a burden for the person saying it, but wouldn’t it become a burden for the questioner if he actually replied, “Then let’s meet every day”? There’s also the risk that he might say, “If you like me that much, you don’t need an allowance anymore, right?” Saying “I love my papa♡” also implies “I love my papa because he gives me an allowance♡,” doesn’t it? Men won’t understand that nuance, so don’t say it—seriously, just don’t.
