Do men in the Black class ever offer to meet women from the Standard class?

Very occasionally, you’ll see a man in the Black class who only makes offers to Standard- or Gold-class women, but I feel that’s probably about one in a thousand. However, if you keep coming up with one reason after another not to make an offer even after they pick someone for you, they’ll probably start picking random women for you next time. They’ll assume you’re not going to make an offer anyway.

I’ve browsed profiles from Gold to Black, but I’ve never thought, “She’s ○○ class,” when deciding whether to make an offer. I sometimes add Standard women to my favorites. Still, I find myself assuming there must be some reason she’s not being recommended, so I’ve never actually gone through with making an offer.

For about the past year, I’ve mainly stuck with Gold or Platinum. Compared with before, there are fewer girls on Black who really stand out, and most of them have lots of stars and seem overly accustomed to getting flooded with offers. For me, the difference isn’t worth paying two or three times as much. On the other hand, there’s a noticeable gap between Standard and the higher classes, so I leave Standard out of my search criteria.
