A papa (a male supporter) told me that some men who do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) aren’t popular with women. That can’t be true, right?

I’m aiming for an off-platform hookup, but it’s pretty difficult. Personally, I know my looks aren’t at the level where I could easily get into that kind of relationship with a young woman without money being involved. I’m aware of that, so when I interact with women, I make sure not to do anything unpleasant, take care of my body odor, work out, improve my bedroom skills, and research delicious restaurants with a nice atmosphere. I’m constantly working on myself, haha.

From the outside, people often assume that men and women who do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) do it because they can’t attract partners otherwise. If they were attractive enough to get the kind of attention they wanted, you could say that neither would need papa-katsu involving money.

Are you talking about me? I’ve had three women turn down my offers in the past. I may set fairly strict conditions for accepting an offer, but women aren’t exactly being picky and saying, “Ew, I don’t want some old grandpa,” are they? lol

Of course they exist, lol. At least, I wasn’t asked anything like, “Are you popular with women?” during my membership interview at the dating club. That’s not the kind of thing they screen for. On the other hand, if they had asked me that, I would’ve failed. I’d actually be more worried about a club that approved a guy who showed up to the interview in a poop costume, confidently claimed he was popular with women, and was taken at his word. Though, once I actually joined, I turned out to be a perfect poop with zero complaints from the women. (Heh♪) Taro
