Is it fair to assume that a female member who has been registered for over six months and whose rating has remained at three stars has never received an offer?

Some women get plenty of offers because they’re cute or have a great figure, but they’re just average—neither especially good nor bad. Since their feedback scores don’t improve, their rating stays the same. Others may have a more distinctive look than the typical “cute” type, so they’re more of an acquired taste. They get overlooked and receive few or no offers. I think both types exist. It’s up to you to figure out which is which and look for a hidden gem of a woman, haha. Personally, Fuu tends to make offers to women with lots of stars. I hate failing and learning the hard way...

I’m Akai from Universe Club, and I’ll answer as well. You can think of it as having a certain number of points. Your score changes depending on whether you submit feedback after dates or cancel at the last minute, and your star rating is based on that score. In particular, the range of scores for a three-star rating is quite broad. Some women with three stars still go on dates, so it doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll receive zero offers.

Not necessarily. Kazu-san has posted a link, but since we’re here, let’s analyze it in a little more detail. A ★3 rating means a cumulative score of -1 to +3. Each date is rated between -2 and +2 points, with the average being 1.2 points for men and 1.6 points for women. So one possible explanation is that a woman whose rating has remained at ★3 after six months has received offers from no more than two or three men. A few years ago, I remember seeing something in a staff blog saying that roughly half of the female members received offers, and that women who received offers got an average of three. These days, though, there seem to be more male members relative to female members, so my impression is that women receive more offers than they did back then. Still, if she’s a fairly ordinary-looking woman whom you personally like but who might not be objectively popular, then the hypothesis above may well be correct. On the other hand, if she’s objectively attractive enough to stand out, it might be better to consider other possibilities. One is that she’s gone on plenty of dates but received mediocre evaluations, so her cumulative score hasn’t increased. Another is that scheduling is difficult, meaning she’s received many offers but few dates have actually taken place. You’ll be able to tell which is more likely if you make her an offer yourself. In any case, these are only possibilities. She may have gone on plenty of dates but simply never met anyone good—and could be exactly the person you’ve been waiting for. Conversely, even if she hasn’t had many dates here, she may have been very active through other dating clubs or dating sites, possibly without even telling the staff. And after she starts seeing you, she might receive other offers as well… So rather than overanalyzing things, I think it’s best to value the time you spend together and focus on building a good relationship. That said, I understand that it’s difficult when someone tells you not to think about it. So I recommend considering all the possibilities above until you’ve gotten them out of your system, then meeting her with your own resolve and a clear mind. Once you’ve been seeing each other for several years and have built up a solid level of trust, she may tell you quite a bit if you ask about what was going on back when you first met. It may be completely different from what you expected, leaving you absolutely stunned with your jaw hanging open… (Speaking from experience lol.) Taro

Are the people who post the exact same question twice perhaps always the same person? Could it be that they’re impatient and accidentally click twice?

I don’t think so. https://universe-club.jp/information/64462/ Even after meeting several men and receiving positive ratings, the number of stars doesn’t change.
