I haven’t been tested recently.
That said, I don’t make offers either, so I don’t think I’m putting anyone at risk.
When I do make an offer to someone new, I include my test results.
I think the appropriate frequency varies depending on whether you have any symptoms.
I only see a small number of people and always use protection, and since my papa doesn’t see any other girls, I get tested once a year when I go for my gynecological checkup.
Before asking about other people, how about looking at your own situation?
I don’t do it all that often.
Since I’m not currently making offers to new women, it’s about once a year.
I may possibly be with a virgin woman next time, so if that happens, I’ll get tested beforehand.

I couldn’t find anything called 14 items in the Partners Check offered by Universe’s affiliated clinic, so I searched to see what it might refer to. For men, I found the following:
Chlamydia (genital/throat), gonorrhea (genital/throat), Mycoplasma (genital/throat), Ureaplasma (genital/throat), HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, hepatitis C

Since the visual examination doesn’t really count as testing, I guess that makes 12 items in practice.
For women, it seems to be 17 items. (Since two are visual examinations, I guess that makes 15 items in practice.)

I make it a rule to get tested every year around [month], so I always do it at least once a year. Depending on my sex life at the time, I’ll probably get tested around two or three times a year.
Actually, I signed up for an STD test just this morning. I’m planning to do it together with a close older guy I’ve had a more-than-friends-but-not-quite-lovers relationship with for almost ten years.
I get tested about once a month.
However, I think the appropriate frequency varies from person to person depending on their lifestyle, so hearing how often someone else does it probably won’t be much help.
For example, if I feel I’ve done something that carried a risk, I get additional tests.
What are the 14 items?
The tests included vary by clinic, so just knowing the number of items doesn’t tell me anything.
