I have a generous (well-paying) papa, but he demands three hours of sex every time we meet. He keeps penetrating me, changing positions throughout.
Even when I tell him it’s sore and I’m exhausted, he uses more lubricant and won’t stop.
He also chooses days when I’m off, so I can’t use excuses like having plans afterward.
He’s the only papa I’m currently seeing, so if possible, I’d like to continue the relationship.
Is there a good way to communicate this to him?

Some girls have said that a friends-with-benefits partner is fine because he’ll keep going for 30 minutes. Since that’s six times as long, three hours of penetration does sound excessive.
If “being inside the whole time” doesn’t literally mean three uninterrupted hours, then three hours of sex with breaks in between seems like something that happens occasionally. If things get heated, you spend over an hour on foreplay, and then have intercourse several times with breaks, it can end up lasting more than three hours.
That said, it still feels like a pretty intense session, so I’d say it’s long.
If he won’t listen even when you tell him it’s sore, I’m not sure there’s a good way to get through to him. I think it would be better to work toward having more manageable sex that allows him to finish in about 30 minutes.

I don’t think there’s any particularly good way to say it.
Compatibility matters, so in your case, maybe you’re simply not a good match with that man.
If the allowance is important to you and you want to continue, you may have no choice but to find ways to help things finish sooner—for example, using your mouth before penetration.
That said, it’s not the three hours of penetration itself that’s the problem; it’s continuing after you’ve become dry.
If you take breaks here and there and end up having penetration for three hours in total, that’s not necessarily unheard of.
I mean, if he’s really kept going for three hours straight, thrusting the entire time, he’s pretty incredible in a way.
Normally, the man would have to be extremely exhausted too.

Honestly, I’m just amazed by how incredibly strong that man’s legs, lower back, and stamina must be (lol). If he keeps going even after you tell him it hurts, I think you could fairly call that implicitly violent, too…
Since he’s your only papa (a male supporter) and the allowance is generous, I feel that the best option for you might be to somehow help him understand how difficult this is for you. But I know that can be pretty challenging.
If it were me, I might try saying things like, “My legs hurt,” or “My hips hurt,” or even that my stomach has been hurting ever since afterward and I need to see a doctor.
If he still disregards how you feel, I think it would be safest to find another papa as soon as possible and end things with him.
