That sounds about right.
It varies from person to person, and even for the same person, it can change with experience and age.
The power of suggestion matters, too. If a woman believes a certain spot is where she’ll feel good or climax, she may consistently feel pleasure or orgasm there, and that sensitivity can gradually develop further—regardless of the man she’s with. If she has good chemistry with her partner, it may progress even more. Some girls build up their own successful patterns—almost like a formula for climaxing—while others aren’t interested at all, and some never skip masturbating. Everyone’s different.

I seem to recall that AV director Nishimura had actresses blow whistles.
I guess doing it only during filming wouldn’t be enough to develop a habit.
> I wonder whether someone who wasn’t ticklish anywhere as a child can even have erogenous zones.
I see.
Some people don’t feel much, but I guess they’ve actually been that way since childhood. Probably.

I’m quite ticklish, but which switch gets turned on depends on the person and the situation.
That’s just how it is for me, though.

Many women are sensitive on their backs, but since men don’t often stimulate that area, it hasn’t really been developed.
So I think it largely comes down to experience.
Also, there’s a fine line between feeling ticklish and feeling pleasure.
The same goes for the nape of the neck and the ears, not just the back.

I agree with Potassium’s opinion. Isn’t it kind of like Pavlov’s dogs? Experiences seem to create those associations. In that sense, it might correlate with age, too. The difference is, unlike with a dog, you can’t train it to respond exactly the way you want. It’s more like it develops on its own… My impression is less “Pabron early” and more “Pavlov by itself.” (A pun on a Japanese cold medicine commercial slogan.)
I suspect there’s probably some mysterious sexual pleasure developer out there, working hard to develop women’s sensitive areas all over the world. Maybe it isn’t consensual, and because the women are visited while they’re asleep, they can’t tell whether it was a dream or reality. And since the dreams are far too scandalous to talk about, perhaps that’s how the whole thing works.
I also suspect an old man resembling Colonel Sanders, who keeps trespassing while claiming he’s delivering presents to children at Christmas. The fact that he’s able to climb onto rooftops and enter through chimneys despite being an old man is suspicious enough in itself—his physical abilities are downright abnormal. Giving children presents is one thing, but I simply can’t believe he would leave a young wife sleeping beside them in such an indecent state. Nor can I imagine him leaving a female college student next door after she’s fallen asleep while masturbating. With that kind of physical ability and the stamina to deliver presents all night, he could do anything.
I want to be Santa. (Not really.)

I used to be really ticklish, but…
These days, I’m very sensitive. Maybe the way we experience things changes over time.
Sometimes I even giggle when someone only pretends to tickle me without actually touching me, so I guess the atmosphere really does matter.
I wonder how it is for other people?

Female member Potassium here.
I feel like it evolves along the lines of:
ticklish → tingly/twitchy → (feels good).
For me, the area from my neck to the nape, especially around my ears, makes me go “ahhhhh” and gives me serious goosebumps. I used to dislike the sensation of getting goosebumps, but once I started associating it with feeling good during sex, even the goosebumps themselves began to feel pleasurable.
I think it’s kind of like Pavlov’s dog. If you trained yourself to ring a bell every time before climaxing, and eventually became able to climax just from the sound of the bell, that would be hilarious on a personal level, so I might actually try it.
Just my theory, though.

It has absolutely nothing to do with age.
Although, children do tend to be ticklish, don’t they?
But since being ticklish and feeling something else can be a fine line, I do wonder whether children who weren’t ticklish anywhere had erogenous zones.
Personally, that’s what I’m more curious about.
