Is it bad manners to invite someone to take a bath together at the hotel after being intimate for the first time?

I agree with Mac. Why not just ask your partner?

Whether it’s before or afterward, you can simply say or ask, “Is it okay if I come in?” If you don’t feel comfortable asking, you probably aren’t a very good match. Some girls enter separately, so if you didn’t go in together before getting intimate, I’d suggest asking after you’ve met a few times. By then, you’ll probably be able to go in together. If she didn’t come in with you at the beginning—before getting intimate—I’d avoid suddenly asking her that same day.

I think the hurdle is lower than before your first intimate experience, since you feel less embarrassed.

I don’t think there’s anything inherently inappropriate about asking. For example, women with experience working in nightlife may not react negatively if you invite them. That said, some women won’t even take a bath with their boyfriend. Rather than being a matter of manners, if you keep pushing for something the other person clearly doesn’t want, it probably won’t lead to seeing each other again.
