How many members in the C–E range are there?

As mentioned in the column, taking your time with women in the A–B range may be part of the appeal, but... I sometimes find myself wanting to date an obvious C–E type. In terms of the overall ratio, what percentage of the female members fall into the A, B, C, D, and E categories? I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
