> What do you think about asking her directly? I’d appreciate your opinion.
I don’t think you should ask her.
> Do staff members actually suggest hiding someone’s profile from a specific person like that?
Yes, they do.
I’ve had conversations like that myself, and I think I’ve heard of other staff members making similar suggestions too.
If anything, I think it’s strange that the system doesn’t have that feature. Once you’ve made an offer to someone, you’re not going to offer again, so what’s the point of continuing to show that person’s profile? That’s how I see it, at least from the woman’s perspective.
Women register and post their photos because they want to receive offers—not because they want to be seen by as many men as possible.
So if a staff member feels that way, they might make the suggestion, but I don’t think it happens all that often.
They don’t get paid more for making such suggestions, and they could even end up being resented by male members, so there isn’t much benefit. A staff member who prefers to avoid conflict would probably say nothing.
Based on the “I accidentally let it slip” part, my guess is that the staff member really did suggest it, and she had assumed Mac wouldn’t go out of his way to look. But then she brought it up herself and thought, “Well, it’s Mac, so I guess it’s fine,” which may have led to something like:
“It really doesn’t matter either way, but if you’d like to see her, I’ll contact the staff and have her profile unhidden!”
I don’t know if that’s actually what happened, though.
That said, sometimes a woman will ask us to hide every man she’s gone on a date with, and then later say something like, “Could you leave this one person visible?”
It makes me think women have their own share of difficulties, too.

You should wait until you’re close enough to talk about anything before asking. Asking at this stage is far too risky.

The person receiving money saying they only want to meet once a month is the worst.

If the questioner wants to continue seeing this woman, it’s probably better not to bring it up.
That said, if I were in his position and got the impression that she had hidden her profile from me specifically, my feelings for her would definitely cool.
If there were several other negative factors as well, it could lead to a breakup.
I understand that women may not want their activities pried into, but from a man’s perspective, it’s unpleasant to feel that he’s being suspected of being some dangerous creep who might do something weird.
I’d also wonder how she could become intimate with someone she views that way.
A man in a monthly arrangement will probably understand that she may be seeing other people, so if she wants to stay on good terms with him, I think it’s safer not to hide her profile from him specifically.

You’re from Kansai, aren’t you? lol
If you want to see him again, offer a higher allowance—even an extra ¥10,000 should be fine.
As long as you don’t pressure him for intimacy, I think it’ll be okay.
Why isn’t he on the club anymore? Because he doesn’t want to be seen there. Asking why you can’t see him is pretty insensitive.

Even when I was giving her over 200,000 yen a month, I never asked anything like that, so please don’t ask questions like that.

A papa (a male supporter) who can only meet once a month has no right to complain. He’s third-string backup at best.
But if you’re giving her 20,000 yen for just one meeting a month, then I take it back.

Did you know that you can keep using the site while hiding your profile from specific people?
I hide mine because I don’t like being asked about it or having people pry into my business.
Even if you ask, being hidden from you, taking a break, and withdrawing altogether all look the same from your perspective.
Even if someone tells you they’ve taken a break or left, they might simply have hidden their profile from you—or they may really have quit. Do you understand now that it’s better not to ask, and not to worry about it in the first place?

Mac,
I had every man I met hide his profile from me.

I’m a female member, Potassium.
To put it simply:
“I recommend not asking.”
*First, are you clear on why you want to ask?*
- You’re wondering whether he’s hidden his profile to conceal that he’s looking for other women besides you. (You want to know the risk of being dropped.)
- You want to believe he left because he was satisfied with you or had other women. (You want to know whether there’s a real possibility he won’t continue seeing you.)
- You’re worried he may have quit papa-katsu completely and might not see you anymore.
If you’re asking because you can only think about the possibility of being dropped, are you prepared to put yourself on the road to hell?
This has come up in past questions, but many people hide their papa’s profile. Sometimes, there are things you’re better off not knowing the reason for.
You should also consider which would make you happier: continuing to feel uneasy, or learning a reality you didn’t need to know—or perhaps discovering a love story or seeing a woman’s hidden side.
From a woman’s perspective, it’s probably best not to be asked in the first place.
Just my personal opinion.

I don’t think you should ask her directly.
I had every person I’d gone on a date with hidden from my profile. The reason was that it made me sad to notice my star rating change and realize they were meeting other people. I was also told, “I look at your photos and videos every day,” which made me uncomfortable.
I felt bad having to ask the staff to do this every time, so I had even the wonderful people hidden. Sometimes they asked me why I had hidden them, and that actually led me to take a break from the service.
Especially when we only meet once a month, I don’t want them prying into my activities.

Back in the day, before there was a system for hiding your profile, I remember a woman who would politely decline offer calls from the club right in front of me, saying, “I don’t want to accept any new offers for a while.”
Oh—was that not really an answer?

What’s this “I’m here” supposed to mean? I thought, “How should I know?” Once you turn 40, just ask them yourself without hesitation. Sorry this wasn’t much of an answer.
