I don’t think it’s the same as signing an employment contract for a part-time job.
It’s registration, not a contract. I’m registered with SALON, but they don’t pay me directly, so I haven’t even given them my bank account details.
I did show them my ID! I don’t have a driver’s license, so I showed either my health insurance card or My Number card—I can’t remember which.
If you’re still concerned, I think the best thing would be to go in for an interview and ask the staff directly.

Whether you’re a civil servant or a company employee, I think the chances of your employer finding out through the dating club are extremely low.
Since you seem to check this Q&A site from time to time, I’d suggest reading some of the past questions before deciding whether to join.
Whatever their reasons may be, you’ll probably realize that some people with money to spare do join dating clubs.

I’m a former civil servant.
You can’t find out someone’s employment history from their My Number. It only contains things like their address, date of birth, bank account information (just one account, and only for people who registered it), and their COVID-19 vaccination history.

If by “dating club” you mean Universe Club, there’s nothing to worry about.
Since this isn’t a job, it doesn’t count as a side job, and there’s no employment contract or anything like that.
You do need to be at least 18 to register, so you’ll need some form of ID. A driver’s license or passport is fine. If you have neither, you can also use your My Number Card.
However, it’s used only as identification, so you’ll be asked to show it with your My Number hidden. (The included clear sleeve is designed to cover parts, such as the My Number, that aren’t needed for identification.)
So there’s no risk of this being traced back to you and becoming known somewhere.
