It may be best not to assume that every man places a high value on virgins. It doesn’t necessarily increase the going rate for the allowance, either. In any case, I think it all comes down to the chemistry on the day of the date.

At 28, having no experience with men—does that mean no one was willing to date you, or that you weren’t attractive enough to get a boyfriend?
Was your father extremely strict, with an 6 p.m. curfew or something?
At your age, it might be better not to advertise that you’re a virgin.
People may assume there’s some reason you’ve been “left on the shelf.”

I believe I’ve said before that there’s no standard going rate. Did you not read that part?
Before even considering whether you’re a virgin, the amount a man is willing to offer you personally will vary from person to person.
Even among the same blacklisted types, the allowance won’t necessarily be the same. And even for the same man, the allowance may differ depending on the woman.
On top of that, some men may want to give a congratulatory gift if you’re a virgin, while others may prefer you to have experience with someone else first. So that can affect things too.
It can also vary depending on your occupation and background, as well as your figure—such as whether you have a slim waist or a large bust—and whether he finds you enjoyable to spend time with.
Since no two people are exactly alike, there’s no way your value will be the same as someone else’s. Naturally, it also depends on whether you choose to undersell yourself.
