I recently cut ties with both the older men and girls involved in papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) because I find them gross. Is that normal?

Are you actually jealous? You claim you’ve cut ties, yet you can’t stop thinking about it, so you keep coming here to look, don’t you? I think it’s creepy that you’re reading this too, so you’d be better off leaving and staying out of it.

The fact that you had someone around you who was doing papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) already makes your situation fairly unusual. That’s probably why you were able to make this brave post.

You’re perfectly normal, haha. There’s absolutely nothing to worry about. Please put your mind at ease.

Hehe, my favorite coworker was amazing again today, so I’m in a great mood. This is Potassium. I don’t think people ask, “Am I normal?” in a question box because they genuinely think they’re normal. They ask because they want to brag or indulge in some self-satisfaction, don’t you think? If they really thought they were normal, they wouldn’t ask in the first place—because they wouldn’t even notice! There’s no such thing as a normal human being. Maybe the person asking is some kind of limited-edition product. I’m not normal, papa-katsu women aren’t normal, older men aren’t normal, and neither is the person asking. Once you’re able to reject everything—including yourself—maybe you realize there’s no such thing as “normal.” And precisely because you can reject everything, you’re able to accept other people. That’s what I’ve come to think. This is Potassium’s personal philosophy: live for my favorite person today, too.

First of all, I don’t understand why you’re asking questions on a papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) site after cutting ties with someone involved in papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan). Most people think they’re normal. I consider myself normal too, but other people may see me differently. Whether someone is “normal” or not isn’t particularly important.

I agree. Maybe Makeo-san has a point here. You’d really have to take a leap off the stage at Kiyomizu-dera, huh? For example, if you had a woman like that standing right in front of you, could you actually say, “Gross”? Maybe, by the questioner’s idea of what’s normal, they wouldn’t do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan). But honestly, I’m scared that they’d actually write something like that.

It’s strange to find and post in this question box when you don’t even do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), but there’s nothing strange about cutting ties with someone. I absolutely hate cliquey people, so I keep my distance from them and quietly cut ties. That said, I’d like people to be a little more understanding toward women who do papa-katsu. Everyone has their reasons. If she’s a Type A woman, there’s nothing wrong with just having dinner. And women who are Type B or above have found the courage and resolve to take that step into papa-katsu, so I’d like people to respect them. Even women working in the adult-entertainment industry and sexy actresses took that leap because they were driven to it by circumstances beyond their control. The PJ girls didn’t start papa-katsu because they wanted to! (Borrowing someone else’s words)
