Some of my answers may not be relevant to you because of the age difference, but I’ll answer anyway.
① We always walk together—100% of the time.
We’re usually holding hands or walking arm in arm.
② Since we usually eat together first, neither of us specifically brushes our teeth before kissing. Sorry.
Normally, though, I brush properly, floss, use mouthwash, and visit the dentist regularly.
③ We usually go to a city hotel, but once we get closer, we occasionally go to a love hotel too.

1. We walk together.
I don’t mind the age gap at all, no matter how large it is.
It’s similar to walking with my wife or daughter—not overly clingy, but when we pass someone, we naturally move closer to each other, sometimes close enough to brush against one another.
2. When we immediately hug as soon as we enter the room, things proceed straight to intimacy, so I don’t brush my teeth.
Usually, I brush my teeth beforehand.
3. We use love hotels. We only rarely use city hotels. City hotels often don’t have hair straighteners available to borrow, so I end up giving up on them quite often.

① Even if there’s a significant age gap, I’ll walk alongside him.
That said, since we might run into someone we know, I make sure not to walk too closely or cling to him.
② When we go to a hotel and I take a shower, I brush my teeth as well. I also always carry a pleasantly scented, travel-size mouthwash to use along with it.
My papa always brushed his teeth too.
③ I use city hotels.
I’ve had other papas who preferred love hotels, but I prefer city hotels. You can enter at different times, leave separately, and I like the overall atmosphere better.

① I don’t walk together with her unless she strongly prefers it. If it can’t be avoided, I walk about 5 meters away.
② Brushing your teeth alone isn’t nearly enough. Flossing and using an interdental brush are musts, followed by mouthwash. Give your tongue a gentle brushing too. Kissing without brushing your teeth first is absolutely out of the question.
③ I only use love hotels when there’s no other option. This is related to point ①: since I don’t walk together with her, love hotels aren’t an option for me. I might consider one if we could enter and leave separately, though.
