As for the display order, profiles are basically listed with new female members first, so there aren’t rankings by number of views or favorites. Women whose profiles have been re-photographed or updated may also appear near the top.

I don’t think that’s the case. I think it just happens by chance. If someone has been in an introduction-only period for a long time before being posted, they may appear at the very top even though their registration date is older. For women who are popular and receive a flood of offers, their profiles may quickly be hidden and reposted repeatedly. From the viewer’s perspective, it can feel as though they’re being moved to the front whenever they’re reposted, but I’m pretty sure that’s probably just a misunderstanding… When there are lots of ongoing arrangements or reshoots, newer profiles can end up being pushed farther down as well.
