I think it depends on the quality of both.
A lousy boyfriend and a lousy papa (a male supporter) would both be easy to find, but if you’re looking for someone who meets your standards, either one can be difficult to find.
As for which to choose, if they’re equally appealing to you, I’d say choose the boyfriend. But whether you still choose him when he’s not that great is entirely up to you.
Since you’re involved in papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), I assume you recognize that money carries a certain level of importance and weight. In that sense, I can’t help feeling that your boyfriend bears at least some responsibility for creating this situation.
This isn’t an era when marriage is mandatory, or when everyone has to get married and have children. The person who isn’t measuring up is the one at fault.

When it comes to how easy they are to find, a papa is overwhelmingly easier to find than a boyfriend. Once you’re looking for a “boyfriend,” it feels like there would be all kinds of conditions involved.
I’m not really sure what situation would force you to choose between the two, but if, for example, they both became critically ill at the same time and you had to be there for one of them, I think I’d probably choose my boyfriend…

Personally, I don’t think either is all that easy. If you’re willing to go with just anyone, though, you could probably find someone quickly.
What kind of situation would force you to choose between them? Did your boyfriend find out or something?! If I had to guess, I’d say your boyfriend, but I wouldn’t know—I personally wouldn’t do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) if I had a boyfriend.

Probably my ace.
She chose me over her boyfriend, so unless something really serious happens, I can’t bring myself to end things with her.

You can find a papa if you look, but even if they search, some people may never find a boyfriend.
A boyfriend is something you choose, but with a papa, there’s no romance involved, no falling out of love, and it’s not about being chosen. If he’s a good papa, the arrangement can continue no matter what.
