Come on, you should really think this through for yourself.
Don’t you think this kind of uncertainty is one of the best parts of a dating club?

That’s perfectly fine—you don’t have to make a point of it.
As long as it comes naturally.
Using your real name from the beginning naturally makes you act more appropriately, since you can’t get away with anything careless. That, in turn, helps the other person feel at ease and open up to you.
It’s fine if you eventually get to the point where you can’t even remember your club name.

Whether you’re more comfortable using your real name or a club name depends on the person.
If you’re worried about running into trouble at your regular restaurants, I’d suggest finding two or three new places and becoming a regular there under your club name from the start. You could even have business cards made with your club name.
Personally, I can’t be bothered with all that, so I’ve always used my real name. I only see women I trust, so I’ve never had any problems. Before I know it, they end up telling me their real names too.
It’s me.

I think it varies from person to person and from relationship to relationship. Even for me, the timing of when I teach or learn from someone can differ quite a bit depending on the person.

My club name is already just my first name, so I’ve never really thought about it. I use my real name from the very first meeting, since no one calls me by my last name anyway…
I don’t mind sharing my full name either. I’m not a celebrity or anything, so I figured there was nothing to worry about. But after reading everyone’s answers to the previous question, I realized I should be more careful.
I’m not very good at lying—or hiding things—so I usually tell people the truth. But it only just occurred to me that if someone searched my full name along with my occupation, they could figure out where and when I work…
That said, I don’t date anyone I’d be worried about searching me like that, and if they ask, I’ll tell them my real name. I don’t mind whether the other person uses their real name or their club name.

Some people give you their business card as soon as you meet, while others prefer not to tell you at all, so I don’t think there’s any set time when you’re supposed to ask.
Sometimes you find out naturally—for example, when making a reservation at a restaurant like that, or while chatting with the owner—but I don’t think anything of it.
I don’t really call people by their titles much either, haha.

Oh, and if he’s a doctor or dentist, just call him “Sensei♡” and you’re good.
