I understand that female members can hide their profiles from specific male members, but is it possible to prevent only changes to their private photos or comments from being shown to certain male members?

Maezawa here as well.

I’m afraid my answer is the same: as far as I know, there’s currently no feature that lets you keep specific male members from knowing that you’ve changed your private photos or comments.

So it may be better to have your entire profile hidden from that particular man.

Alternatively, you could simply avoid changing your private photos or comments.
