I think it’s actually quite common for men to offer different allowances to different women.
They may take a woman’s class into consideration, but if a man feels that a platinum-level woman is his standard, he may offer a standard-level woman the same allowance he would give a platinum woman.
I think that’s what it means to vary the allowance.
So if the person asking has a lot of appeal, it’s certainly possible to receive an allowance of 10 even as a standard-level woman.

From a man’s perspective, once you find a woman you really like and feel satisfied with the relationship, there’s no need to increase the allowance, regardless of her class.
You might want to think of it this way: the more you raise your allowance, the less likely you are to find a good papa.

I’m a self-proclaimed loser of a male member, currently scrambling to get ready for today’s date.
I’ve even finished checking my ear hair.
I do vary the allowance, but the reasoning is a little different.
With women in the lower classes, there’s a greater chance that other male members have offered them a low allowance, so I try to anticipate that amount and offer slightly more.
For example, at the start, it might look something like this:

Gold: 7
Platinum: 8
Black: 9
The reason I offer a lower allowance to women in lower classes is that I can raise it later.
For example, with a Gold girl, I can say, “I had a really great time, so how about 9 next time?” That gives me some leverage. With a Platinum girl, I can simply say, “Next time, it’ll be 9.”
But if it’s a Black girl and 9 is my maximum, I have no room to offer more. So I get the impression that satisfying women in the Black class is a little more difficult.
In other words, I vary the initial offer only slightly by class so that I have room to increase it later.
And once a woman becomes a regular, her allowance doesn’t necessarily correspond to her class.
In fact, my ace is a Platinum woman whose pay-per-meeting allowance has gone up to around GoziU, while the highest I’ve reached with a Black woman is only NiziU.

I think the men who set allowances based on class are either beginners who’ve read articles like that or people who blindly follow manuals. I can’t understand the idea of having someone else decide the terms of the arrangement for you.
I offer the same allowance to women in both the Black and Standard categories.
