What are the rejection rates at the interview stage, broken down by gender?

Mochizuki from system administration here. For women, we have accurate figures. According to our data from November 2018, 83.6% of women nationwide joined the club, meaning the rejection rate was 16.4%. Unfortunately, we haven’t compiled statistics for men, but based on our experience in the field, more than 90% of men join the club. We may decline membership to people who, when meeting us in person, seem unlikely to follow Universe Club’s rules or who behave arrogantly. There are also people who, after hearing our explanation, decide not to join because things are different from what they imagined or because they feel it may not be a good fit for them.
