Can I use a fake name when filling out the provisional registration form? Also, the interview instructions say to bring a photo ID, but I don’t have any photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license. In that case, would I be unable to join? I would appreciate your response.

Sorry for the delayed response. You may use an alias when completing the preliminary registration. However, you will need to provide your real name on the form you fill out during the interview. As for identification, if you don’t have a photo ID, you can still register by providing two forms of ID, such as your health insurance card and cash card. We look forward to hearing from you!
