Is this about the usual percentage of relationships that continue for other people as well? Is it normal to narrow things down to the people you can maintain an arrangement with?

Maezawa here. Everyone enjoys papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) in their own way. Some people find one good partner, date them, and start looking again if they break up. Since you’re continuing to see two women, I think it’s perfectly fine to keep dating both of them. You could also continue seeing them while looking for someone even better.
