I’m a member who enjoys helping young women grow. I take pleasure in guiding, teaching, training, and refining younger members—mainly students—in the Standard to Gold ranks, but lately I feel that the potential of younger women in the lower ranks has declined compared with before. Does anything come to mind on the club’s side? (Changes to interview standards, recruitment channels, rules for female members, and so on.)
