If things don’t proceed to a second date, it ends there. If they do proceed to a second date, collect the remaining half.” → I don’t think Universe Club has the administrative capacity to handle this process (^_^;) (Sorry—if you do, please prove me wrong, Mr. Kida and Mr. Maezawa.) “An Ad Hoc Review Committee (tentative name)” → Sorry, but even before considering whether such a committee could work in principle, I think it would be impossible for Universe Club, which apparently can’t even handle the administrative procedures mentioned above. “Perhaps abolishing Type B altogether is an option.” → I don’t agree.
