There seems to be a bias among the respondents, but do all eligible respondents receive the questions that are posted?

By accessing the anonymous question box, I can view and answer submitted questions. However, when I’m busy with work or other things, I don’t access it, so I can’t view or answer any questions that are posted during that time. Also, in my case, I only answer questions when I feel, “I want to answer this one.” If several questions I want to answer are posted in a row, or if there are a lot of them, it may seem like there are too many answers from the same people.
