There’s a reason we don’t show staff comments to the women.
If those comments were shared with them, we’d only be able to write things that would be okay for the women to see going forward—in other words, they’d end up being nothing but bland, noncommittal remarks.
That would make them less useful as a reference, and I feel that if they’re going to be like that, there’s really no point in having them at all.
