I saw a question about fake breasts and wanted to ask: does breast augmentation using your own fat count as fake breasts too??

You chose to get fat or silicone implants because you wanted them, so you don’t want people on the sidelines making a fuss about it, right? I looked at a cosmetic surgery clinic’s website, and I had no idea they could get that big. Impressive. If your breasts don’t shift to the sides when you lie down, they must feel so heavy that you’d have nightmares. I think this site is full of nothing but old men, so they probably only know about breast augmentation with silicone implants. Medical technology keeps advancing, after all.

This is simply the result of that effort. So even if you’ve had surgery or done anything else, if you’re happy with it and consider it the real you, then I don’t think it’s fake. That said, if it could put you at a disadvantage in a relationship, I think it’s fine to mention it beforehand. Personally, I wouldn’t want all that hard work to be ruined, so you’re telling them for your own sake. Of course, you should understand the risks and make your decision so you won’t regret it—and remember that you’re ultimately responsible for your choice. If you’re satisfied right now, there’s no need to care if people around you call you fake. There’s nothing fake about something that makes you happy. Sometimes I see women gossiping about cosmetic surgery or breast augmentation, calling it fake, and I think, “What gives you the right to say that just because you won the genetic lottery without putting in any effort?” That’s just my personal opinion, though.

You had tissue inserted into a place where it wasn’t originally present, so it’s still “fake,” whether anyone notices or not. It’s the same as having non-incisional double-eyelid surgery: no matter how natural the result looks, or the fact that no scalpel was used, it’s still “fake.” Also, getting breast augmentation in your teens is pretty remarkable in a lot of ways… I wonder what kind of life she’s had.
