I believe Standard members can only make offers to Standard women.
Gold male members can make offers to both Gold and Standard women. Even with an annual income of ¥10 million, you should be able to afford the membership fee for Black.
If you also own several properties on that income, I’d consider you quite wealthy.

As for the costs, an annual income of ¥10 million is more than enough to cover the membership fee alone.
If you think the Black class is for wealthy men and the Standard class is for men who don’t have much money, that’s a major misconception.

Rather than a rich but stingy man, isn’t someone earning ¥10 million a year who gives you ¥100,000 per meeting a better papa (a male supporter)?
I’ve been researching the men’s relaxation massage industry a lot, and it seems that the big spenders who book a woman for the whole day usually aren’t wealthy people.
Still, wouldn’t it be healthier if only people who give generous allowances could become black-tier members?

I don’t think it would be surprising at all for there to be male members like that.
Basically, as long as you have the financial means to pay the membership fee and annual dues, it’s not that difficult to become one.
I wouldn’t mind becoming a black-tier member myself, but since I’d have to pay the hefty annual dues without making any offers, it would be a waste, right? Haha.

Come to think of it, maybe a stingy member like me isn’t really suited to being a black-tier member after all? Haha.

That may be the case.
There doesn’t seem to be any clear correlation between income and allowance, so I think it varies from person to person. Besides, anyone can register as long as they pay the annual membership fee, so I don’t think it’s causing you any inconvenience.
