Why can’t we view a woman’s profile information after a match has been arranged? Who benefits from this, and who is disadvantaged?

Why? Because there are people like the questioner. You originally agreed to have your profile shown on the members’ page so you could receive offers. Then, after making an offer and setting up a date with a woman, you wanted to look at her profile again, realized you couldn’t, and started wondering why—and what the benefits were, right? But is there really any point in displaying a woman’s profile to men who can’t make her an offer? What benefit does a woman get from having her profile shown to men who are unable to make offers? It’s simple logic—even a child could understand it. I assume some men want to view women’s profiles so they can keep tabs on them, but does the club really need to help them do that? What right do they have to monitor her? With that in mind, I think it’s perfectly fine that profiles can’t be viewed after a date has been arranged. If you like a woman so much that you want her photo, it seems best to ask her directly. Photos are protected by portrait rights, and those rights belong to the woman pictured. Technically, the club that took the photo holds the copyright, so the woman herself normally can’t use a club-taken photo elsewhere either. However, if the man wants the photo and the woman agrees, I don’t think the club would object to giving it to him while retaining the copyright.

It causes problems. Back when profiles were still visible, you’d see things like: The woman: “I’m only seeing you, so I quit the club.” The man: “I want us to be exclusive, so please quit the club.” → Woman: “Okay.” And yet she’d still remain on the club’s profile—even after having new photos taken, and so on. To prevent jealous men like you, who go out of their way to check a woman’s profile even after making an offer, and to protect women who may have impulsively lied but still want to date multiple men, it’s better for both male and female members if profiles aren’t visible after an offer has been made.

For women who don’t want to limit themselves to just one papa, this is probably a major advantage. If this change had caused a large number of male members to leave, the club might have reconsidered it. But in reality, I don’t think the impact was that significant. It wasn’t a particularly welcome change for me either, but as someone who uses the club, I’m putting up with it since it’s only a minor inconvenience. As Mac mentioned, I’ve also had women ask me to check how they looked in the new photos. Also, for women who diligently keep their calendars updated, it’s inconvenient that their schedules can no longer be viewed when arranging second and subsequent dates. That’s about it, I suppose.

In the past, if a woman asked the club, “Could you make my profile visible to Mr. X?” they would do it. I wonder if they’ve stopped doing that recently. The reason she asked was that she wanted to check how she looked in the video from her reshoot. When she searched for it on my phone, her profile was hidden, so she couldn’t see it. The quickest solution is to make some papa-katsu friends and check it on one of their phones. That said, there are plenty of things in this world that are better left unseen or unknown. I mean, you don’t really need to peek behind the scenes. In that sense, you could say the club is being considerate. It’s like Disneyland taking care not to let you see the person inside the mascot costume. So, by that logic, all papa-katsu girls are wearing mascot costumes. The person asking should just think of it that way, accept the arrangement, and enjoy the fantasy world to the fullest. What a great way to enjoy it.

Apparently, some men would look at a woman’s profile and say things like, “You’re dating me, so why are you still on the club looking for other men?” That’s why they made it impossible to view them. So I assume this benefits women who are seeing men like that, while putting those men at a disadvantage. There may be other benefits and drawbacks for other people too, so try thinking them through for yourself.
