Could you recommend any casual restaurants around Ginza 8-chome that would be suitable for an escort dinner before work? I’m open to any type of cuisine.
My male members always leave everything from finding the restaurant to making the reservation up to me.
Since they don’t have a particularly large budget, I’m running out of reasonably priced yet delicious places and could really use some ideas.

Do you mean male customers or male members?
If that’s the person you’re seeing, going to the same place almost every time is fine.
If he never looks for places himself, that means he has absolutely no interest in or enjoyment of food.
Normally, in that situation, you’d take him somewhere enjoyable that she wouldn’t usually get to visit. There’s nothing wrong with making a reservation at a place like that. Or it could be a standing bar, an izakaya—anything is fine.

You’re doing your best, hostess. I agree that asking one of the senior hostesses might be the quickest option, but…
I once went to PRONTO on Namiki Street after a regular I’m close with said, “I’d like to keep it reasonably priced, so PRONTO would be great.”
You’ll see hostesses having tea by themselves before work, as well as plenty of people who just look like ordinary office workers, so it might be fine if that doesn’t bother you. Though it may be a little too inexpensive.
Another option is Xiaowei Yang Medicinal Hot Pot in Ginza. I went there with a senior hostess about two years ago, and it was delicious. Hot pot places tend to be relatively affordable, so if you search for “Shimbashi hot pot,” you’ll probably find plenty of other options too.

I don’t know… Has Ginza really gone downhill while I wasn’t going there?
I don’t feel like telling women who aren’t my regular attendant or a helping hand. Why not ask the other ladies, search Tabelog, or make an effort to find out for yourself?
