When you talk about a reverse offer, I suppose you mean “Suteki desu ne” (“You seem wonderful”), but honestly, under the current system, there aren’t many benefits for either men or women.
With the way “Suteki desu ne” works now, I can’t help wondering whether women are just clicking it on lots of profiles without giving it much thought.
By the way, I recently offered a Letter Date to a woman who had clicked “Suteki desu ne” on my profile a month ago, but the topic of “You’re the one who clicked ‘Suteki desu ne,’ right?” never came up.
We’re actually meeting next week, so I’m planning to ask her about it as a conversation starter.
If people could add comments to their “Suteki desu ne,” I might feel more inclined to make an offer than I do now.
It sounds like the woman who made a reverse offer to Mac was a great person!

At Universe Club, there’s no system for reverse offers. The only options are:
- Making a reverse offer to someone who answers questions in the Q&A section
- Liking men who have made their profiles public
When I imagine what it must be like for women who don’t receive any offers, I feel it would be frustrating not being able to take the initiative themselves. On apps, you can message men you’re interested in, and proactive women are constantly sending messages.
Back when Fuu was using apps, I was happy to receive messages, though. So I wouldn’t go as far as saying there are no benefits.

Where did you come across the idea of a reverse offer?
If you mean a reverse offer based on a question posted in the Q&A box, a man may become interested in a woman because of the concerns she writes about or the content of her post.
If you mean a man making an offer after seeing a woman’s “She’s lovely” on the Universe member page, sometimes he may think, “Hmm, she might actually be my type.”
Either way, a reverse offer is only the starting point. Ultimately, the man decides for himself whether to make an offer, so if he doesn’t see any benefit, he won’t make one—in other words, the reverse offer won’t lead to anything.
So I think the benefit is that it helps men discover women they might have overlooked or who had gotten lost among the large number of women available.

If you mean the “You’re lovely” feature on the members’ page, I don’t think it offers any particular benefit either.
As for making an offer to a female respondent through the Q&A section, I do think there’s an advantage because you can get a sense of her personality—something you can’t tell from her profile alone. If she likes my answers, I can take it as a bit of fan service and feel more positive about reaching out.
