However, the backups are compressed, so they can’t be searched individually, and it would be difficult to extract only your photos. I think it’s safe to assume they’re effectively gone. Besides, if we’re talking about that long ago, I’m not even sure whether we were making backups back then（笑） Actually, now that I think about it, we do back up the database, but we weren’t backing up the photos and videos. When the video service company we used for members’ pages banned us the other day, we ended up wondering what we were going to do now that all the videos were gone... Fortunately, although the company banned the account, they allowed us to download the videos for a limited time. By the way, if it’s already been several years, I feel like you should be able to register again. Although, when someone cancels on the day of the appointment, both the staff and the men are absolutely furious, so perhaps re-registering was difficult in your case.
