Two times at night and once in the morning is a must for me.
Though apparently, women like me are pretty rare, so you probably shouldn’t take my experience as a reference.
If you’re staying multiple nights, you do it during the day too, right?

Adding this after reading Seattle’s answer: When we stay multiple nights, it’s about once every two days for me as well.
