Tattoo locations are self-reported. Even if someone lies, it would only lead to a complaint based on a man’s report, so I believe most women are honest about it.

There is no physical examination in the first place.

There’s no physical examination. If there were, the number of female members wouldn’t be increasing by 600–800 every month. The club would probably get slammed online if it conducted physical exams.
Are you perhaps a man hoping to get hired by the club? Would you want to join if there were physical exams? Too bad（笑）
Tattoos and “tightness” are self-reported.
As for breasts and waistlines, club staff may compliment a woman’s appearance and add somewhat suggestive comments. This is just my impression, but comments from female interviewers tend to be a little more suggestive.
Of course, even female staff don’t conduct examinations involving touching or looking at anyone’s body.
They may measure your height and weight and include them on your profile, though.
