Some credit cards allow the cardholder to set the spending limit on an additional family card themselves. This is a fairly common service in the United States. American Express introduced this feature in Japan starting this year as well. https://www.nikkei.com/article/DGXLRSP608455_T10C21A4000000/ There used to be a service that let you issue a card for anyone you wanted, even if they weren’t a family member, but it appears to have been discontinued now. I’ll look into it a bit more for everyone at the club and let you know if I find something that might be usable.
