With a business card, even a sole proprietor can issue an employee card. Or, without going that far, you could get a new card for this purpose and give her a family card issued in the name of a parent, wife, or grandmother. That should work fine.
An even simpler option is to give her your own cash card. She won’t be able to see where she shops or what she buys, and she can’t withdraw more than the amount you’ve deposited.

I’ll answer this as Maezawa from the CEO’s office.
I’m not sure how people register someone other than a family member with a regular credit card, but for example, a Visa card from paild is basically a prepaid card.
However, unlike prepaid Visa cards, which can only be used at a limited number of stores, it can generally be used anywhere that accepts Visa. That’s the advantage, so you can use it just like a regular Visa card.
There seem to be other similar services as well, but since they’re intended for businesses, I wonder if it would be difficult to use one without having a company.
