I’m sure you’re aware that the human brain does a lot of compensating and correcting for what we see. That’s why optical illusions and trompe-l’œil images can surprise us.
Various men seem to have been commenting on the women’s level, but I think it’s best to assume that all of this is due to the brain’s own adjustments.
In other words, there have always been some fluctuations in the level. It’s more like natural variation, and feeling that it has gone up or down is simply a misunderstanding.
I think it’s better to assume that it only feels that way to you personally.

I believe there was a story in the Universe Club column about someone named Saito-san Desu who met a Standard woman and helped her reach Black.

When I took a look, I thought, “Oh, wow,” but the cars on my wish list were a little questionable, haha.
Celsior = A classic car. Haha.
Altezza = It’s highly regarded, but personally, I don’t really understand the appeal because it lacks power. The 86 feels like what you’d get if you made this car a two-door, but the 86 was also ultimately underpowered, so they increased the engine displacement this time. I can’t help wondering why some Toyota engineers insist that turbochargers are unnecessary when they could have just added one from the start.
Camry = I don’t understand what’s supposed to be good about it > <
86 = It still feels a little underpowered, but the balance between its sporty looks and price reminds me of the Silvia from back in the day.
Cima = I thought it was great at the time, but now…
GT-R = Do you mean the Skyline GT-R? It’s a great car, but I feel that maintaining one would be difficult because parts are hard to find.
Etc.
If the GT-R is one of your candidates, the Impreza STI might also be a good choice, and the Lancer Evolution seems appealing as well.
I thought the rally driver’s demonstration was impressive—being able to do a spin turn despite driving a four-wheel-drive car was really something.
Apparently, though, pulling the handbrake caused it to stop functioning as a four-wheel-drive system. I seem to remember that some production cars also incorporated that mechanism.
Even without that, the torque distribution should have been rear-biased rather than a 50:50 split, so I don’t think it would have had the typical “four-wheel drive causes push understeer” issue.
Still, I personally like the GT-R’s system best: it starts out rear-wheel drive, and sends torque to the front wheels when the rear starts to slip.
It’s easy to get the tail to slide, but it’s difficult for it to actually spin out from there.
There aren’t many cars equipped with the ATTESA E-TS system, so if that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll probably end up choosing a GT-R…
