Most people probably stick exclusively to this club—or to one other club at most（笑）. You can figure that out without giving it much thought.
That said, membership and introduction fees are high at every dating club, so there may be a few people who use apps or similar services instead.

If you go to multiple clubs, you should be prepared to find the same group of unpopular, leftover members showing up everywhere…
If you’re a good match, there’s no need to see multiple people, right? Maybe it’s best to think of it that way.
