It would be easier to understand if you could provide a little more detail, but regarding:

There’s also a possibility that it was simply entered incorrectly.
Even when the prefecture is different, we don’t list every single prefecture. We only list the ones that seem to have a relatively large number of users, while the rest are grouped under labels like “〇〇 area.”
Because of this, staff sometimes misunderstand the location and register it incorrectly.
For example, if a woman from Shimodate, Ibaraki, comes to Omiya for her interview, the staff may try to enter her residence during registration and think:
Tochigi?
It doesn’t seem to be Gunma…
Where is Kazo?
Soka?
Konosu?
Fujimi?
Which one is closest?
They may end up thinking, “Tochigi is probably the closest,” and enter that. But the trap is that she happened to come to Omiya for her interview. In fact, Ibaraki is listed under the Chiba area.
If you select the Chiba area first, Ibaraki appears as an option. But if you select the Omiya area, Ibaraki doesn’t appear.
That said, it’s difficult to get from Shimodate to Chiba. It seems closer to transfer at Oyama and go to the Omiya or Shinjuku branch, or transfer at Toride and go to the Ginza branch.
So, if you notice anything like this, please let us know. I believe we can correct it once it’s brought to our attention.

There probably aren’t many cases, and I don’t think it’s acceptable to include false information in a profile. Even if the club allows it to help protect women’s identities, I believe that assumes the woman is responsible for issues such as the last train schedule and transportation costs.
An incorrect female member’s place of residence is also listed as an example under “Refunding points due to a club operational error.”
You should point out the profile error in your feedback. Rather than saying, “It was wrong, so please refund my points,” I think it’s better to simply let them know that the information was incorrect.
