Can a female member refer a male member? Is there any reward for doing so?

I’m Kamihikoki, a male member. I do think there are benefits. I sometimes consider introducing a few girls to it, but I haven’t been able to get that far yet… When I casually tried to gauge whether a girl who invited me to try papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) was interested in it, she seemed completely against doing papa-katsu with someone she didn’t know, as if it were something outrageous, so I decided to end the conversation there. Also, I sometimes come across girls who seem like a perfect fit after suffering major losses in investments, but… it’s hard to bring it up.
