(A weak lawyer couldn’t do that, though.) Quite often, just mentioning their name is enough. Also, if you’re close with them, you wouldn’t be intimidated. So basically, it was just a relationship where you ended up sleeping together, right? It’s the kind of world where a single phone call or even just a name can settle things. Adding that phrase makes it sound childish… But of course, if you don’t want to get arrested over something as trivial as saying “Hey, you!” or “Watch it!”, you’d be careful.
