I’ve dated women introduced to me by older broker-type men who operate privately and by invitation only, without advertising themselves as high-end clubs. Or rather, I was approached by some shady older guys.
Some of the women I was introduced to included celebrities you often see on TV, gravure idols, aspiring entertainers, and others I can’t go into much detail about.
Like Riichi, I was told the allowance by the broker, who simply named a price for each woman. Once I agreed to meet, an adult relationship (intimate) was, of course, assumed, so things always progressed that way.
However, they certainly weren’t providing anything equivalent to the allowance. My overall impression was that I’d paid to unlock an achievement in life. I could get excited until the meeting, but afterward I’d just have a blank expression. The one bonus was that whenever I saw someone I’d been with back then on TV, in a weekly magazine, or online, I could secretly feel pleased with myself.
The difference from Universe Club, I think, is whether the introduction depends on the broker’s mood and how accustomed the women are to this kind of arrangement.
At Universe Club, men generally browse the members’ pages and choose the women they’d like to date. With the brokers, the process was more like receiving a message saying, “How about so-and-so? She costs this much—do you want to meet her?” and then deciding whether to accept. There were no photos. If I didn’t recognize a celebrity or gravure idol by name, I had to Google her. I seem to remember being shown promotional photos only for the aspiring entertainers.
Women I meet through Universe Club almost always say, “Thank you,” when I give them their allowance. The women introduced by the brokers, perhaps because they had done this too often, either showed no reaction at all or gave the same “Thank you” you hear at an adult entertainment establishment. Even in bed, the women introduced by the brokers seemed to treat it as routine work, with no apparent interest in continuing the relationship.
Incidentally, Universe Club also has hidden gems who could easily belong to an invitation-only high-end club. After making an absurd number of offers and asking whether there were any even more exceptional women, I was given a special recommendation. She was the kind of woman whose photos came up everywhere when I Googled her club name.
I met her through the usual Universe Club offer process and discussed the allowance. Her requested allowance was quite ordinary—about what a Black-tier woman at Universe would normally ask for. Apparently, she had actually been registered with a high-end club. That was a very good memory for me.
If you become a Black member, avoid causing trouble, spend around one million yen a month on setting fees for a while, and build a good reputation with the staff, I’m sure a hidden gem will eventually come your way.

Is Universe really specializing in girls who seem unlikely to stick with the club for long?
For some reason, I’ve recently been getting a lot of early introductions to girls who seem like they wouldn’t be able to handle club activities. The other day, I made an offer just a few hours after receiving an early introduction, only to be told, “I realized the club wasn’t for me after all, so I’ve already quit.”
I’m starting to think that most early introductions are simply for girls who seem likely to attract complaints if they’re made available to everyone. (Though I’m sure that’s not actually the case...)
