I’ve heard that finding a monthly arrangement can be difficult. I’d especially like to know, for female members, how many of the people they met they ended up having a monthly arrangement with, and how long those arrangements lasted.

I’m Saito, the columnist♪ I think most of my monthly arrangements were about seven years ago. As Papuwa-san said, they weren’t difficult to establish, but when a monthly arrangement continues for years, it becomes so normal that there’s no real story to tell. It feels almost like family, and something with no changes doesn’t usually come up as a topic. However, once a monthly arrangement ends, people start saying things like, “I used to receive ¥1 million a month,” or “I used to receive ¥800,000,” and everyone goes, “No way!” It’s only surprising because those were the going rates at the time, but even now, there are quite a few men around who offer surprisingly generous monthly arrangements. There was one male member who gave a woman ¥8 million after meeting her just twice, and there are also male members who offer around ¥800,000–¥1.4 million per month. Of course, they’re still registered with Universe. I’ve never paid that much to someone with no professional experience myself, so I suppose I’m a rare case.
