I’m a member of the international branch. Recently, replies on LINE have definitely been slower than before, and I’m getting concerned. Is everything okay with the service? I’d appreciate a brief explanation if possible.

That’s a shame. I wonder why? My club replies quickly and is very polite. I use email rather than LINE, though… Maybe the questioner is a difficult papa (male supporter) and the club doesn’t like dealing with them? Or perhaps you’re the type who gets angry if you don’t get an immediate reply on LINE? You can’t even wait a few hours? lol Besides, complaining about it here is just a waste of time. You’d probably be better off contacting the club directly and asking them to improve their response time…
