It depends on what you mean by “under the same jurisdiction,” but although both are operated by the same Universe Group, it seems they have different people in charge of the businesses.
Patolo also has the same Type A dating category as Universe Club, for people looking for dinner only (no intimacy).
Even if you fail the interview at Universe Club and are also turned down for registration with Patolo, you may still be able to consult one of their partner agencies.
