I do worry about it.
Among the people answering here, I’m apparently second only to Mariners-san in size, so I worry a lot when I first enter and when doing it from behind.

If it’s too large, it can be painful and uncomfortable. Isn’t moderate better? Consideration matters more than size.

I assume you’re asking the female members, but I’ll chime in.
Even in an allowance-based relationship, some women do seem to care about a man’s size. I’ve heard stories from women who didn’t know how to react because it was too small, as well as stories from women who disliked it because it was large and he took too long to finish.
In short, everyone has their own preferred size, and anything outside that range may not be appealing to them.
